: "How much do I need to fill out?
It is of great importance that you fill out as much information as possible. Detailing what the problem is, and what solution you'd like. Do not leave the additional comments box blank or this may delay the return.

Replacements/Refund : "Is this form only for replacements?"
The form is valid for replacements and refunds. If you would like to have your unit refunded to you instead of having it replaced. Please add that to the 'Other Details' comment box on the form.

Being logged in : "Do I have to be logged in to complete this form?"
Yes, you do. As the information regarding the Product Information & Reason for Return is located in your Order History tab. If you cannot find the Order History link, please follow this guide. 

How do I find my product name and product code?

Order ID and Order Date: "Is this information required?"
Yes, as it will help us better track the order you are returning within our history. You can find your Order ID in your email confirmation. In the 'Order Summary' section.
